Blog Tour: Resplendent- Review & Giveaway!

MJfinalebook.JPG
Savannah Martinez and Andres Rivera have been friends since high school.

She knew him better than anyone else, and he was the only one she ever confided in.

Their friendship was the one brilliant thing they each cherished that wasn’t tarnished by outside forces that wanted them apart.

But fate wasn’t on their side. When she gave him the chance to turn their relationship into something more, he let her go.

Heartbroken and alone, she kept her distance in more ways than one. Now, years later, Savannah is back in town for good and Andres realizes just how empty his life has been without her.

When a secret comes to light, forcing a deeper wedge between them, Andres finds himself fighting for the only woman he has ever loved. Determined to fix the past and make things right, he will go to any length to prove to Savannah that they were meant to be together.
Will fate give them a second chance? Or will those secrets and betrayals ruin the one last chance Andres has of being with the woman of his dreams?

Ramblings...

Stunning, beautiful, enthralling story about true love that lasts a lifetime. A perfect couple whom are connected emotionally, spiritually and physically. I honestly believe they are the perfect book couple.

I LOVE Savannah. She has a beautiful soul and a heart of gold and that’s really the only way I can describe her.

Resplendent gripped me right from the first chapter. I literally couldn't stop reading. I love the time frame of the story. Not only do we meet Savannah and Andres in the current day but we travel back through time to see how their relationship grows. We also get the story from both points of view. M J does this perfectly. You really feel the emotions thrown from both parts and its awesome to see how they feel about one another and the emotions going through their minds.

"I just want you, I need you, and everything always ends up back to you somehow. You're in my thoughts, in my past, I want you to be my future"

The characters are so strong. I hated some. Loved most. The whole book played out like a movie in my head. I could see it all as it happened. It’s emotional, thrilling, pure and original. I loved everything down to the setting, it's set in the beautiful Miami. It was nice to break away from the usual Seattle.

"You know that drop in your belly you feel from a roller coaster? That's what I get when I kiss you, but better - and I really like coasters"

I was screaming at the book at some points. Others had me wanting to jump in and stand the ground for Savannah. I seriously love that chick. Andres, was just cute and sweet. He really shows that you can wait for your true love and it's worth the wait...every second of it. He's really understand her, respect her and be there for her. Their were truly meant to be! Second chances don't come often but if there is a chance fight for it, like Andres did for the love of his life. Sometimes you can't keep waiting, Take that chance!

My peach
The relationship they share is amazing. So strong and real. I could literally feel their chemistry flowing from my Kindle and I seriously wanted to stamp on Carmin MOST of the time.

"Not only do I want to devour you, but I want to please your body so thoroughly that you're begging me not to stop"

This author is the bees knees and you should definitely read Resplendent, no doubt about it! An amazing love story, you'll feel like you're there with them all the way. Every emotions, you'll feel it.

One of the best books of the year so far and one of my new all -time favourites. I would read over again!
